Norman has been a CTO, advisor, and procurement specialist across many sectors where he led technology implementation and process improvement projects. He has extensive experience working with and advising businesses on the selection, purchase, and management of technology and the development and execution of their technology strategy. His previous clients included a paper and packaging group where he performed a comprehensive end-to-end technology assessment, strategically outsourced specific technology functions, as well as sourced and managed dozens of technology providers. Norman holds a BA/BS degree in Criminology & Law with a minor in Business Administration from the University of Florida.
